Petrified Fish PFB06 - Zonda, 3.74" 14C28N Steel Blade, G10/Wood Handle, Liner Lock Folding knife

I like the handle made of wood, with curved design and rounded edges. Blade is a little bit hard to deploy but it works well and stays strongly opened. Even with big hands, this knife fits perfectly, with thumb comfortably on gimping.
Petrified fish is always a very recommendable brand, it is just a pity that no model with axis-lock system is proposed

The knife looks great, heavier than I thought but really good looking. My problem is with the THUMB Stud opening since I cannot open this knife with one hand and I have 8 knives with this kind of opening. Either the mechanism is too strong or the stud are not positioned in the right place to have the right leverage to open smoothly.

I received my new Zonda and like it. Another great knife from PF. Thank you. Zonda originaly comes with left side clip. Like in a product pictures. Spare right side clip enclosed. Together with spare screws. Clips are curved along handle shape. The same clip doesn't fit both sides. This plate which covers clip gouge, has countersink holes for screws only in original right position. When reversed for right side clip, original screws are too short on the left side. I used longer spare screws to fix it. Petrified Fish. Please enclose this small spare plate with countersink screw holes for changing to the right side clip. To have everything smooth and nice, every detail. My Zonda was sharp, but not razor sharp from the factory. Not passed shaving test. My Flavorist, Viper and other PF knives are razor sharp and can shave from the factory. Still nice looking interesting Zonda knife for EDC.
