Ottimo coltello!

È arrivato ben imballato e protetto. Ho acquistato la versione con le guance in carbonio e la lama stonewash e sono rimasto colpito per la qualità di costruzione in rapporto al prezzo. L'ho trovato quasi un pochino grande rispetto a quanto mi aspettassi ma é comunque ben proporzionato e curato nei dettagli. Consiglio assolutamente!!

PF838C Black Stonewash

Great knife sharpens to razer sharp. My complaints are that the locking mechanism is not very strong and has come open several times while I have been carrying it on my belt. The bearings are also not very smooth and feel gritty although are well oiled and clean and the blade is not over tightened. I have had to also tighten up the blade as it came loose and started flopping side to side. Other than that it is my favourite knife i have so far. Packaging was great came packed in a nice box with a silk cloth, air freshener and a sticker. Thanks heaps PF will buy more in the future.

This knife ruined collecting knives for me

I used to collect folding knives. No fancy customs, but including some costing above 350USD and exotic steels. I used to rotate my favs among them as my EDC, and was always searching and lusting for what I'd buy next. Buying this cheap knife with its "old" D2 steel just to check it out felt dirty. That was almost 2 years ago. Since then, the PF838C is the only knife that has been in my pocket, and I haven't bought any new knife. I've lost the will to look for a new one. Only now the buying itch is starting to come back, but I can only think about buying another Petrified Fish, or even another PF838C, out of anxiety that it may go out of production!

I have been a knife fan since I was a pre-teen. I have carried a knife for well in excess of fifty years, and I am very impressed with my Petrified Fish 838C. I don't believe I have ever had a knife with a better ratio of value to quality. My only criticisms are minor. I would prefer (but not expect, at this price point) ceramic bearings to steel, and if possible, for it to be a bit lighter, without it being any less robust (if possible) as it is at present.
