Petrified Fish Knives warrants that its knives are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original owner. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with the same model or one of comparable value if the original is discontinued.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage (including but not limited to throwing, prying, or striking).
Blade damage such as broken tips, chipped edges, or broken serrations caused by improper use.
Rust or corrosion due to improper care, storage, or maintenance.
Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or alterations to the knife.
Repairs or service performed by anyone other than Petrified Fish Knives or an authorized service representative.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or edge dulling.
Loss or damage of hardware (screws, clips, etc.), though replacement parts may be available upon request.
Warranty Claim Process

2. Provide Details: Include your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), product details, and clear photos or video of the problem.
3. Authorization: If a return is needed, we will issue a Return label and provide shipping instructions.
4. Evaluation: Our team will inspect the knife to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
5. Resolution: If covered, we will repair or replace the knife. If not covered, we may offer a paid repair service or return the knife at your expense.
